LYNTYS: “Love Your Neighbor, Tell Your Story” / Troy Bush

LYNTYS is a life-changing approach to seeing your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers become followers of Jesus Christ.  It will transform the way you think about evangelism and how you perceive your everyday contact with people.  Churches from Moscow to California have used LYNTYS to help them disciple their people to engage their un-churched and un-Christian neighbors with the Gospel.  SBC mega churches and churches with less than 100 people attending are using LYNTYS.  Without memorized scripts and high pressure methods, LYNTYS disciples Christians to love their neighbors as Jesus would, and it equips them to speak of what God has done in their lives.  It will simplify your life and your church calendar.  It will result in ordinary believers leading their neighbors to become vibrant followers of Jesus Christ.

Making Disciples Who Make Disciples / Bill Carmichael

This session will help churches connect evangelism and spiritual growth. Churches must lead people to know Jesus, subsequently, they must lead people to follow Jesus and live like Jesus. These transformed believers reach out to the lost, minister to the hurting, and build The Kingdom. The seminar will focus on how-tos and provide resources.

Talking Tools for Evangelism / Lynn Latham

Many people are not comfortable in approaching a stranger to start a conversation about Jesus. The ideas and items are simple gifts to give and start a conversation. Talking Tools can be small enough to put in your pocket or purse and cheap enough that anyone can buy a few. Some items are: band aids, life savers, light (flash, match, bulb, and candle), water etc. You will discover how easily a conversation can become evangelistic.

"Increasing the Odds: Raising the Evangelistic Receptivity
Level in Your Church" / Will McRaney and Tim Passmore

Even the best developed evangelism strategies are often silently rejected by a congregation. Often the strategy seems out of place because there is not a climate for evangelism. This session will explore ways to increase the value of evangelism prior to implementing a strategy and thereby improving receptivity.

Prayer in Motion / Rick Shepherd

Prayer in Motion is Prayer on Location. It is “praying onsite with insight” – seeing what you are praying for and seeing with God’s heart what He wants you to pray for. It provides opportunities to pray and share Christ as we walk and prepares the soil for future evangelism and ministry. The Prayer in Motion Seminar looks at examples of Prayer Walking in Scripture, the essentials for Prayer Walking God’s way, and equipping to do Prayer Walking wherever God sends us.

Developing Warm Receptive Groups / Lewis Miller & David Moore

Warm Receptive Groups are people who extend themselves beyond their own comfort zone in an attempt to connect with guests. Many first-time guests will determine whether or not they will continue to attend or embrace Jesus Christ by how they are received in the group. This conference will assist Sunday School and Small Group leaders to guide their group to embrace guests in such a way that they will experience acceptance from those in the group and encourage a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
