This is an old fishing village. The team will assist the church in reconstruction of its building and pouring of a concrete roof. Each evening they will do nightly services for adults and children. The city of Guanajay is located in a nice community. The church has a very faithful pastor and a church membership of 135. The team will assist the church in its effort to add on to its existing structure. They will also do training for the leadership of the church. The cost per person is $337 USD, plus airfare. Location – Pedro Betancourt; Date - June 14-21

This church has a great ministry with children in the community with a membership of 67. The team will replace the leaky, rotten roof of the pastor’s home with a new concrete roof. Ministry needs include children event and women/men conferences. The cost per person is $365 USD, plus airfare. The team cost is $2500 USD for construction materials. This community is located in the center of Cuba with 15,000+ inhabitants who are farmers. The church has a membership of 70 and Baptist community of 262. The team will finish and restore the church building, classrooms and pastor’s home. They will lead women’s conference, men’s conference, and children’s ministry. The Havana Baptist Theological Seminary is the oldest institution among the evangelical denominations and has trained pastors for more than 100 years. The team will do some repairs on the structure.
