Florida Worship Choir and Orchestra

This worship choir is composed of ministers of music, choir members and all men and women who love to sing. Each year, men and women from Baptist congregations across Florida meet to fellowship, rehearse and conduct three to four worship concerts held at churches and statewide functions including the Florida Baptist State Convention and a two-day retreat.

Cost for membership in the choir is $30 per year. There are no audition requirements. Cost for the annual retreat in January is $30.

Members are responsible for their own transportation, meals and lodging whenever the choir meets. Members are also responsible for concert attire, which for men is a black suit with a black and white dress shirt and black undershirt (purchased through Music & Worship Ministries). Women's attire includes a long black skirt and a black top also available for purchase through Music & Worship Ministries.
