Transformation initiatives focus on helping pastors and church leaders create environments which encourage people to participate in their own spiritual transformation by addressing the following questions:

• How can we positively impact the spiritual attitudes and behaviors of believers in our church?

• How can we create systems and environments for people to grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ?

• How can we partner with families and assist them in their foundational role of spiritual formation?

Spiritual Transformation strategies will position leaders to address these questions as they strive to be effective in helping people move closer to God and develop towards maintaining a Christ-centered life.
