Leadership and Life Development

The Leadership and Life Development Department supports the mission of the Church Development Division by coming alongside busy ministry leaders, championing their goal of impacting this generation with the gospel of Christ and resourcing their leadership and life development needs for both professional staff and volunteer leadership.

Biblical Servant Leadership
Biblical Servant Leadership initiatives focus on helping pastors and church leaders address the following questions:

Biblical Servant leadership strategies position leaders to address these questions in each of the four leadership pathways of personal, interpersonal, team and strategic leadership.

Spiritual Transformation
Spiritual Transformation initiatives focus on helping pastors and church leaders create environments which encourage people to participate in their own spiritual transformation by addressing the following questions:

• How can we positively impact the spiritual attitudes and behaviors of believers in our church?
• How can we create systems and environments for people to grow in their personal relationship with JesusChrist?
• How can we partner with families and assist then in their foundational role of spiritual formation?

Spiritual Transformation strategies will position leaders to address these questions as they strive to be effective in helping people move closer to God and develop towards maintaining a Christ-centered life.
