Sponsored by the Florida Baptist Convention, GuideStone Financial Resources and LifeWay Christian Resources, the 2010 survey is again online. In 2008, almost 13,000 church employees participated, and we’re counting on you to make this year’s survey a success.
— The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
— Your individual results are kept anonymous. Results are reported at the state or national level for churches of similar size and budget.
For more than a decade, the SBC Church Compensation Survey’s results have been used by church finance and personnel committees to establish competitive compensation packages for ministers and support staff.
