Maguire
and Raintree Wings
Conferencing groups can be large and small, and the larger they
are, the more sub-groups they have. For these reasons, we provide
several smaller meeting rooms and classrooms in the wings surrounding
Maguire and Raintree auditoriums. These rooms can be arranged
with theater-style seating for conferences, tables for displaying
crafts or for working groups, or as lounges for groups to enjoy
breaks. All classrooms are equipped with high-speed internet
access and a variety of AV equipment options.
North
Wing of Maguire
Four classrooms seat up to 50 and the fifth seats up to 150.
South
Wing of Maguire
Four classrooms seat up to 50 and the fifth has portable
partitions providing rooms to accommodate groups of 50-150
attendees.
Media
Wing of Raintree
This wing is comprised of five classrooms, which hold
a maximum of 20 people each, and two larger meeting rooms
holding 50-60 people max.
Educational
Wing of Raintree
Equipped with portable partitions, this wing can be configured
to accommodate a large group up to 350 or it can be separated
into 8 rooms holding 40-50 people each.
