Camp WorldLight is a Florida camp for girls designed to be explored and enjoyed—filled with expectations—a week of fun-filled, life-changing experiences.
It’s a camp that’s all about crafts, music, drama, swimming, canoeing and recreation...
Where you can make new friends, meet missionaries and grow to love a staff that really cares about you...
A camp that transports you on virtual visits to foreign countries and dramatization of Bible stories...
It’s a camp designed to show you God has a unique plan for your life.
Camp WorldLight is changing the world, one light at a time.
“You are the light of the world… Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:14-16
Camp WorldLight is a non-profit camp for girls focused on missions and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. For more than 60 years, Camp WorldLight has existed to provide girls—grades three through 12—with an opportunity to learn about God’s love and of the world’s need to know that love.
Camp WorldLight is located in the Florida Panhandle at Blue Springs Conference Center in Marianna and in Central Florida at Lake Yale Conference Center in Leesburg, a convenient driving distance from any point in the state.
A program of the Women’s Missions and Ministries Department of the Florida Baptist Convention, Camp WorldLight is fully accredited by the American Camp Association.
"Camp was so much more than just a week away from home, or another "summer camp" for me. I would anticipate for months just that one week when I was able to go to camp.
"I never wanted to leave camp because when I was there everyone around me shared and talked openly about their faith. They were so 'real'.
"Even as a young camper I would get teary-eyed on the drive home, because I didn't want to leave the place where there was true love and real faith. Camp was absolutely the thing that changed my life."
